When Merry & Julian contacted me about doing their tiny wedding in the woods at Redwood Park in Surrey I was very excited! I love this park and normally I just do wedding or other portraits in there, but actually doing the wedding – ah yes please! They choose one of my favourite spots in the park – a big twisty tree in a field that resembles something out of Harry Potter.
On the day of, we had worried about rain but were given a gorgeous sunny day with a nice little breeze. Their wedding had grown a little but still managed to be very intimate. I spent the time with them photographing their ceremony, some cute moments in the woods for portraits and sent them on their way to their dinner out with family and friends. These two were very easy to photograph, super laid back and chill as their ceremony represented. Thanks for sharing your special day with me M & J and here’s some of my highlights:
