K&P’s Couples Session in Langley

One thing I really am enjoying in photography is couples, all couples. Couples who are engaged, couples who just like each other, couples who’ve been married for 5 years and couples who’ve been married for 40. This year seems to be an increase of photos of couples who are a little later in life, after having kids and realizing they don’t have a lot of photos of themselves… and well that’s a shame!

I know Kate through some business connections and she thought it would be a great idea to get some photos done of her and her husband for some Christmas presents (yes, great idea – hint hint). So we got together on one of the coldest days I’ve seen in awhile out at one of my new favourite spots this year in Langley. The three of us didn’t last too long in the cold but I can’t say it enough that I’m loving the snow, it’s SUCH a treat and just makes photos shimmer and shine in the light. I have quite a few sessions I managed to do in the snow this December and can’t wait to share more. For now, check out a few of these favourites.
