Kyle & Laura [Golden Ears Park Engagement Photography]

This day felt like it was a long time coming as I had met Kyle and Laura last fall to book their wedding and we finally did their engagement session last weekend. When we were discussing dates on when to do the session, with conflicting schedules we didn’t have many options, so this very ugly Saturday (as it started) was pretty much our only choice! I trekked out to Golden Ears Park, where I was super excited to meet up with Kyle and Laura and explore as I had never been to the park before. Kyle used to be a park ranger so it was a perfect opportunity to take advantage of someone else knowing the scene, and let me tell you, I can’t wait to go back! Trees, water, fantastic light and more! Although we had rain, once again the skies cleared and we got some great weather. Along with their big, white, fluffy dog Halo we hit up a few spots throughout the park for these awesome photos.

I had so much fun with these two, a little shy for the first couple moments but opened up in no time with smiles, laughs and a cute doggy along for the ride. Can’t wait for their wedding this September in Fort Langley! Enjoy.
