K&D’s Backyard Wedding [Surrey Wedding Photographers]

We have had some really awesome clients this year, some that have walked away as friends since we just really connected well. Kayla & Dan are two of those people where I think Ryan and I walked away and said “wow, those guys are so cool – I hope we can be friends”, haha… and talking to them later it felt the same. There’s no surprise though. They are easy going, great sense of humour, a touch of nerdiness and just fun to be around. The wedding day was no different with a very relaxed day, a first look to get nerves out of the way and have a better flow for their guests,  a GORGEOUS backyard setting and little bits of their personality sprinkled through out the decor. Even the little connections we have – such a both being Mazda families (Kayla’s dad has the exact same car as me, so no she’s not getting into mine), our friends Sean & Adria did some work on Kayla’s parents house – you’ll see that stunning kitchen – and the choice of doing their portraits in the woods had me smiling all day.
