Toni & Russell’s Wedding at Estate 248 Aldergrove

When I had first met Toni and Russell, they were very easy going and fun to talk to… but I didn’t get a chance to really connect with them until their engagement session last fall. When we did that I knew that this was going to be a great couple to work with, and I was right! Their engagement session was one of my favourites to date and now their wedding is too.

Photographed at the beautiful Estate 248 in Aldergrove (seriously one of my top top top favourite venues now), they had a gorgeous sunny but not too hot wedding day. From plenty of intricate details to a intimate first look to the energetic and fun reception – this was a fantastic day. Estate 248 is a venue that is such a pleasure to photograph at with rustic buildings, large trees and long grass fields this place is this girl’s photographic dream. So when you mix in a couple that is amazing as well, you get a lot of the beautiful moments below. Toni and Russ are definitely the type of people I would find myself turning into good friends and since Ryan helped me out on this wedding, it was like looking at our own relationship fast forwarded ahead. We are very much a like and even have a similar nerdiness and sense of humour.

One of the newest things with this wedding is we did a fusion video where Ryan has been trying out one of my old camera with a few little video snippets. So unlike other blog posts you can watch a video below of it which shows a slightly different collection of images and a fusion with some video. We’re thinking of offering this as a service next year!
