Whonnock Lake is a hidden treasure out in the Maple Ridge area (on the edge, closer to Mission) that boasts rustic appeal with an indoor facility perfect for any BC wedding. It’s a very DYI venue where you bring in your own vendors and create the wedding of your dreams. I love this spot for it’s picturesque spots along the dock, in the forest and on the beaches. The building itself is beautiful as well, so in case of rain it’s not a shame to move it indoors, and for those sunny wedding days the indoors is perfect for your reception. I’d say this place is the rustic brides dream!
