E&M’s Wedding from Langley to Vancouver
February 2, 2020Jake & Ashley’s Photography Session at Hatley Castle on Vancouver Island
March 24, 2020When I first met Kailynn and Spencer, I knew that we’d get along. Kailynn in particular has a very bubbly personality and we connected on a lot of similar things. Spencer, her partner in crime is quiet and balances out Kailynn’s giggly personality (much like my own). We knew right away that we clicked (pun intended) and booked them in for their September wedding this year in Langley.
Last week I had the pleasure of getting to know them in some more detail as we did their engagement session in Fort Langley! While you may not think it’s Fort Langley based on the photos, it actually is a charming little island beyond the town with one of my favourite walking trails, some beach area and a bit quieter than the bubbling town a few hundred feet away. With it being March still, we had a chilly day that just managed to hold most of the rain off until just MINUTES after we got into our cars to go back home. We were given some nice soft light before that happened though so I was super stoked to let these two giggly and cuddle the session away. I know that these two felt comfortable in front of the camera by the end of the session – like I wasn’t even there – our speciality for every couple. Take a look for yourself:
