Vas & Mike’s Manning Park Wedding
July 21, 2016Mark’s Head Shot Portraits in Langley
July 28, 2016I have the pleasure of knowing Josh of EDGE Strength and Conditioning through my weekly networking group. He’s friendly and passionate about what he does and definitely someone easy to get a long with. Josh is a personal trainer who focuses on training athletics to become faster, stronger and better at the sport they love. Alternatively he also helps the hobbyist improve a little as well… Especially if you know someone who is looking to improve their golf game a little but might be held back by a little bit of a sore back or hip from a little wear and tear over the years.
I personally got to use some of Josh’s services and let me tell you, he is fantastic! I had wanted to work on things that would help me become a better photographer, including fixing a few issues that ailed me and made my job harder and also being stronger and more flexible! I can now get into that deeper squat position when I photograph and it is not next to impossible to get back up ;) – Just kidding! But I definitely see an improvement! Josh is the perfect blend of that push you need from a personal trainer while listening to what you need and your goals. He also doesn’t make it too awkward while he watches you train. Thanks for making me sweat! Go check him out at edgesc.ca
So I also had the pleasure of photographing a group training session in order to showcase some of what Josh does and what his gym environment is like. I had a lot of fun on this session and I LOVE doing more profiles of the kind of work people do. Josh is doing a combination session of in action work plus some portrait head shots (coming soon). It’s such a great way to showcase your business and have some great photos for all your marketing material.
Some photos from the day. Shoutout to Tyler from All in One Productions who was along side me doing some videography. Excited to be partnering with him on some projects too!
