Alan & Sophansa [Victoria Wedding Photographer]

I met Alan and Sophansa last summer at the Uptown Starbucks in Victoria and right away they were a lot of fun… Something I always look for in my couples. They seemed in sync with eachother but also giving that little cute edge of a long time relationship. In fact, these two had been together already for quite a few years, they met through Sophansa’s brother who is friends with Alan. Their wedding day definitely had no shortage of laughs and love with these two, easily turning them into friends of mine for years to come. :)

If you remember these guys had one of the longest engagement sessions to date, and this was the longest wedding as well! A crazy almost 16hr day, my second shooter (and awesome pal) Gwen Ewart was there to help me out for the day. It was definitely a packed, amazing day, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Plus, this one crossed off a bucket list item to shoot a wedding at my absolute most favourite place in Victoria: Royal Roads University (Hatley Castle). I loved this wedding and I love these two, so without further a-due (heheh)… Here’s a hefty selection of their day!
