I’ve lived in Langley for a few years now (and grew up in the Fraser Valley) and I’ve photographed a number of weddings, portrait sessions and more throughout the area. Taking my dog out to explore is one of my favourite things to do. Are you interested in getting married in Langley or nearby in the Fraser Valley? Here are some Fraser Valley specific wedding venues to choose from! Some of them may be perfect for just your ceremony or reception, or many are ideal for both! While most of these are in Langley, we decided to expand the list to the Fraser Valley!
Have one I missed that’s a favourite? Let me know.

Redwoods Golf Course
Website – Redwoods golf course is found on the edge of beautiful Fort Langley. It’s unique ceremony site is beautifully laid out as a wooden deck surrounded by trees, sometimes you forget you’re within a golf course. Then you step outside the area to the open greens and beautiful mountainous scenery in the background. Very picturesque. The reception area is under big white tents that allow you to overlook the golf course, perfect for any sunset night and the feeling of being in the wilderness – no stuffy or hot receptions here! The staff is friendly, the food is always sure to please and photography wise it’s perfect! Even if you want to have a little more variety it’s so close to Fort Langley and it’s many options as well.
Langley Golf Club
I’ve photographed at Langley Golf Club a few times and am always impressed by their service, food (SO good!) and the simple beauty of the course. I think it’s a bit of a hidden gem as people often go to Newlands and this place has a beautiful ceremony site, some great spots for a few photos and the reception area is BIG and looks nice. I also love how they have a balcony out back so your guests can get some air (and also makes for some great last minute group shots). The course is also close enough to locations such as Sendall Gardens and Campbell Valley Park for wedding photos.
The Falls Golf Course (Chilliwack)
Just out past Chilliwack, the Falls offers a unique opportunity to get married on the mountain side and have the gorgeous views of the valley below you.
Hope Golf Course
Although just on the edge of the Fraser Valley, we love the charm and rustic appeal of the Hope Golf Course so much we had to add it to the list. With a riverside ceremony, mountain views and beautiful large trees to suit any rustic outdoor enthusiast, it’s a great choice!
Newlands Golf & Country Club
a traditional favourite, however they do not allow you to choose your photographer unless you specifically ask beforehand.
Farm/Rustic or Gardens
Maan Farms – Wishlist item!
Just on the edge of West Abbotsford near the Abbotsford Airport, this gorgeous farm property boosts plenty of photo spots, lots to do for your guests (playgrounds), a store full of delicious berry related items and more. One of the best parts about this venue is the option for a ceremony or even just portraits including the picturesque Mt. Baker in the background. You won’t find that in many spots!

Krause Berry Farms
Well known for their berries and charming property, Krause Berry Farms is now offering weddings! A beautiful outdoor ceremony with plenty of spots for photos. They have a nice covered area for their reception tucked right into their establishment, nicely next to all the wine tasting area. ;)
Campbell Valley Regional Park
Campbell Valley Park is popular for engagement photos as well as your bridal photos. However you can actually get married there in front of the big red barn or in a secluded little forested area. Both are at the south entrance. You do get to book the spots and have some priority when it comes to taking photos. Plus the park is so beautiful with many options you’re already there! You would just have to book a place for a reception. Many of my backyard receptions have had ceremonies here.
Fraser River Lodge (Agassiz)
One of the most popular rustic locations, take a drive out past Chilliwack to Agassiz (on your way to Harrison Lake). A beautiful rustic lodge is the perfect spot for both your ceremony and reception, all with the stunning view of Mt. Cheam in the background.

Langley & Fraser Valley Halls/Banquet Rooms
Murrayville Hall
West Langley Hall
Fort Langley Community Hall
Website | The Fort Langley Community Hall well known as the spot for many events in Fort Langley and also appears in a number of TV shows and movies (it’s the town hall in the hit tv series Once Upon a Time – I love that show)! Not to mention it’s just iconic for Fort Langley itself – who could miss the giant yellow building… The hall can be used for both receptions and ceremonies, however I find a lot of couples prefer to use it for their reception only as Fort Langley has many amazing ceremony options. The hall is bright, open and large enough to fit a good number of people. It’s also very simple and do it yourself, allowing you to bring your favourite caterer, decorator and DJ. If you love the hall but are looking for an alternate Fort Langley ceremony location there’s tons on this page, or I’d love to give you some suggestions. :)
